Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and enter your university e-mail. A six-digit code is sent to that address and stays valid for 15 minutes; enter it with your new password. If you cannot reach your university mailbox, the International Student Office can hand you a code in person.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your profile, check-ins, conversations, saved items and device tokens are removed within 30 days. Without the app, e-mail international@uskudar.edu.tr from your university address with the subject "EmBuddy AI account deletion"; the account and all its data are deleted within 30 days and you receive a confirmation.

No. It is a supportive companion that knows the university's guides. If you are in distress, call 112 (emergency) or contact the university counselling unit (PDRAM). If a conversation shows signs of crisis the app shows these contacts and the counselling team is notified so a person can follow up.

Check that notifications are allowed for EmBuddy AI in your phone's settings, then in the app open Profile → Notifications and turn the reminder on. Signing out and back in registers your device again.

Yes: Profile → Language. Guides, events and the AI companion switch to the language you choose.

Use "Send feedback" in Profile, or e-mail the office. Content is maintained by the International Student Office and corrected quickly.
